Use the SKILL ASSESSMENT TOOL spreadsheet to research a minimum of 15 job offers for each position you would like to work as and take notes of the description and all the skills required for each role.

When looking at the description, focus on the verbs, the actions that describe what you will be doing.

After that you will evaluate how strong you are at each one of the skills, marking at the columns (very weak, weak, strong, very strong). 


Doing this exercise will help you:


•    understand the market needs.
•    identify your strengths and weaknesses according to the desired market.
•    identify potential hiring companies.
•    identify key words that you will use on your profile and CV.
